2. Access Data and Hosting
When you visit our website, Shopify – our technical service provider – automatically collects data about page access (so-called server log files). This includes in particular:

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to ensure the functionality of the website.


3. Data Processing for Contract Fulfillment

4. Shopify (Shop Operation)
Our shop is operated by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada. Shopify provides hosting, shop management, and payment processing.

Data transfers to Canada are based on an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

5. Payment Providers
For payment processing, we use providers such as PayPal, Klarna, or Stripe. Data processing is carried out by these respective providers, and their own privacy policies apply.
